1. Introduction

PotatoDog LLC built the Local Bill Tracker app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by PotatoDog LLC and is intended for use as is. Our philosophy is simple: Your data is yours.

2. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we do not require you to provide us with any personally identifiable information. The app operates on a "Local First" basis.

Bill Data: All bill names, amounts, and dates are stored securely on your device's internal storage (UserDefaults/CoreData). This data is never transmitted to PotatoDog LLC servers.
FaceID / TouchID: If you enable biometric security, the authentication is handled entirely by the iOS operating system. We do not have access to your biometric data.

3. In-App Purchases

We use Apple's StoreKit for processing the "Pro Version" payment. Apple processes this transaction securely. PotatoDog LLC does not store your credit card details or billing address. We only receive a receipt confirmation to unlock the features on your device.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Since we do not store your data on our servers, there is no account to delete. You can permanently delete all your data at any time by:

Using the "Delete all local data" button in the App Settings > Danger Zone.
Simply uninstalling the app from your device.

5. Third-Party Services

The app does not use third-party analytics (like Google Analytics or Mixpanel) or advertising frameworks.
