1. Introduction

PotatoDog LLC built the Local Bill Tracker app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by PotatoDog LLC and is intended for use as is. Our philosophy is simple: Your data is yours.

2. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we do not require you to provide us with any personally identifiable information. The app operates on a "Local First" basis.

• Financial Data: All bill names, amounts, dates, income records, and receipt attachments are stored securely on your device's internal storage and your private iCloud account (see Section 3). This data is never transmitted to, stored on, or accessible by PotatoDog LLC servers.
• Camera & Photo Library: If you use the "Receipt Attachment" feature, the app will request access to your camera or photo library. This access is used solely to capture or select images to attach to your local bill records.
• Clipboard Access (Smart Import): The app includes an optional "Smart Import" feature that can check your clipboard for bill-related text (like amounts or dates) to help you quickly add entries. This processing happens entirely on your device. Clipboard data is not stored permanently unless you choose to save a bill, and it is never transmitted to any servers. This feature can be disabled in the App Settings.
• FaceID / TouchID: If you enable biometric security, the authentication is handled entirely by the iOS operating system. We do not have access to your biometric data.

3. Data Synchronization (iCloud)

Local Bill Tracker uses Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) service to synchronize your data across your devices.

• Your data is stored in your private iCloud database.
• PotatoDog LLC does not have access to your iCloud account or the data stored within it.
• Synchronization is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy. You can disable iCloud sync for this app at any time in your device's System Settings.

4. In-App Purchases

We use Apple's StoreKit for processing the "Pro Version" payment. Apple processes this transaction securely. PotatoDog LLC does not store your credit card details or billing address. We only receive a receipt confirmation from Apple to unlock the features on your device.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Since we do not store your data on our servers, there is no account to delete. You can permanently delete all your data at any time by:

• Using the "Delete all local data" button in the App Settings > Danger Zone.
• Simply uninstalling the app from your device.
• Deleting the app's data from your iCloud storage via your device's System Settings.

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services for core functionality:

• Apple iCloud (CloudKit): For data synchronization.
• Apple StoreKit: For processing one-time in-app purchases.

The app does not use third-party analytics (like Google Analytics) or advertising frameworks.
