Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Local Bill Tracker mobile application (the "App") provided by PotatoDog LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA").

2. Apple Standard EULA License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with Apple’s Standard EULA, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA shall govern.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Local Bill Tracker offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Pro Monthly Access" and "Pro Yearly Access") as well as one-time lifetime purchases ("Pro Access") for premium features:

• Payment & Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off or cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the cost of the selected plan (Monthly or Yearly).
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by accessing your Apple ID Account Settings on your iOS device after purchase.
• Refunds & Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription. All purchases and refund requests are processed exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Disclaimer of Financial and Investment Advice

Local Bill Tracker is a self-directed personal budgeting and liquidity calculation tool. The App does NOT connect to financial institutions, does NOT verify financial accuracy, and does NOT provide certified financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice. All calculations ("Safe to Spend," 30-day cash runway, due date schedules) rely entirely on user-entered data and simplified math heuristics. You are solely responsible for verifying your bank balances and meeting payment deadlines.

5. On-Device Privacy & Data Responsibility

Local Bill Tracker operates on a "Local First" model. All bill records, balances, income data, and settings are stored locally on your device and inside your personal iCloud account (CloudKit). PotatoDog LLC does not host, access, or back up your financial records. You are solely responsible for maintaining backup access to your device and iCloud account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PotatoDog LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, bank overdraft fees, missed bill payment penalties, or data loss arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
